The one thing that which we don’t like to be met with in
life are situations that always send us cracking our head. Ther
e are instances
which are really tedious to break down. We either hate them or never pray so as
they happen not. Among them is the issue of pressure. I sometimes do not like
pressure myself but when it does come, I like the whole feeling. In this
article, I will elaborate on 5 ways to be able to cope with pressure.
1.
RELAX AND
PLAY COOL IN ALL MATTERS
This is the most essential aspect on coping
with pressure. Possibly as you can, relax and tackle the issue one after
another. In order for you to be able to make things out, you have to clear your
mind of any other thing that can be a stumbling rock. Then, tackle the issues
as you reason fast through them all. Whenever you are under pressure to do something
needed, do not put into consideration what is going on or around you. Nope, don’t
even think of it. Concentrate only on what and what you want to do and pay
every single bit of attention to it. Although it should be done rapidly, never
waste a moment.
2.
‘BELIEVE IT
CAN BE DONE SOMEOTHER DAY TOO’.
The idea is to keep you focused though involving
all your efforts. Do not build the conception that it can be done some other day
for it shall make you behave awkwardly. Depending on what you have in your mind
would tell if you are to put in all your efforts or not. In as much as you know
it can be done some other day if possible, make do with all the time have you.
3.
DON’T GIVE
IN ALL THAT YOU HAVE BUT ALL THAT YOU CAN
It is to ensure that at least, when the
pressure is gone, you still have something to lean on. It can either be money
or anything so special to you. Pressure is a passage of time. It is only those
who know this treats it as such. It is only for a moment and can either last
for a while depending on how you treat it. Since it is just a passage of time,
at the tail end of it, you should have something left behind to cope with. Make
sure you know what you are doing and do them right.
4. SIEVE
THROUGH DIFFICULTIES OR GRAVITY OF SITUATIONS
Determine which has the much
thought provoking and go it or them. This will give you enough courage in
dealing with the rest or little ones. If the huge tasks are cleared, small ones
are just peanuts. The idea behind sieving is for you to be able to sort out the
differences. You cannot in anyway, use one ‘formula’ for another’s question in
the quest to find the answer. Life is never difficult because of the many
options it has in it.
5.
NEVER STOP
DOING WHAT YOU USED TO DO.
In times of pressure, it is good to stay
focus and never stop doing what you used to do. If you are the type who is slow
in making out speeches or talks, do not try to fasten anything. If you are slow
in walking, don’t try to speed up when under pressure. You only worsen the
circumstances when you do that. Why? Your body is not acclimatised to them. Do
what you like doing best and watch the way forward. It is when you play cool
and normal that you can hopefully know what is cooking. Go the normal way and
don’t adapt any methodology that a friend or someone else employed. It is risky
to do that and never helps a bit. Just be careful.
